As soon as your stone is fabricated, an HGBStone representative will contact you to set up an installation date. On that day, the installers require easy access to the installation area. Please ensure that adequate parking is available close to your home or business. It is also important to have the pathway to the installation area clear. For kitchen and bathroom countertop installations, HGBStone recommends that the lower cupboards be cleaned out, and that appliances be removed, if possible (especially cook-tops). Installation times vary depending on the size of the project. Our installers will inspect the finished product as soon as installation is complete and address your concerns then. Once this is done, HGBStone requires final sign-off and the remainder of your payment.
