HGB stone stepped up for me big time. They are incredible.  My long time contract, Chris Shannon, from Breton Builders, told me that we only need to get one price for stone and have to go to only one shop to pick the style/color. I was very hesitant, to the point of arguing with him, haha, and in the end he was so convincing I just agreed.

Well as usual, he was right. The service and value I got from HGB stone was significantly more than I actually thought possible. Their main salesperson, Vy, actually cares, and I could not say enough positive things about my experience with her.

So far, it’s been frustrating with lack of communication and response.I went to the showroom August 5 and spoke to Vu who was helpful (a previous email
I sent with questions had not been responded to at all). I followed his direction to provide approximate square feet and what I wanted for estimates. I emailed twice with the information and did not get any response. I called and spoke with a woman who did not have the quote but told me someone would get back to me- no one has. I’ve emailed once again. If it’s this difficult to just get a quote and set up the initial in home appointment, it really makes me think they don’t want my business at all. Although my kitchen is small I was going with high end materials and customized finishings and I was led to believe that HGB stone was a great choice for this work after reading reviews.  They are very nice when you do talk to them but poor with communication and responsiveness. I have found it  very frustrating that I can’t even get a quote , appointment or response to my inquiries :(

I have hired HGB to fab and install stone countertops for all of my projects for the last 8 years. I am very happy with every aspect of this company including the workmanship, professionalism, price, turnaround time, and the wonderful team they have. I have no plans to go elsewhere for my stone. The people at HGB stone are fabulous to work with. They had a great selection of stone and allowed me to take my time to choose the right countertop. We’ve gotten 3 bathroom vanity countertops and just recently our kitchen countertops done with HGB stone. They are fabulous to work with, very reasonable in price, and their timelines are very quick! Their quality of work is amazing, and we will continue to use them for all our stone needs!
