Feel free to send us your layout, plan, or drawing via email at info@hgbstone.ca, or visit our showroom. Our HGB sales team is ready to assist you in selecting the ideal stone, staying within your budget, and arranging an installation schedule that fits your needs.
At HGBStone, we have a wide range of quartz and natural stones on display. If you want to view a larger slab before starting your project, we can connect you with one of our stone suppliers. Once you’ve made your selection, we’ll reserve the preferred slab for you.
To purchase your stone and begin the template, fabrication, and installation process, we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation.
Stone Fabrication
An HGBStone representative will schedule a visit to your home or business to template your project at your convenience. This template will show the exact placement of seams, sink cut-outs, edges, and backsplashes. Depending on the type of stone chosen, you may also visit our showroom to lay out the template on your slab. Our experts at HGBStone will then use their advanced CNC machines and skilled craftsmanship to fabricate your stone. Ensuring that all orders meet strict quality control standards and undergo a thorough inspection before installation.
Stone Installation
A representative from HGB Stone will contact you to schedule an installation date once we finish the template for your project. On the scheduled day, please ensure that the installers have easy access to the installation area. It’s important to make sure there is enough nearby parking and clear pathways to the installation site. For kitchen and bathroom countertop installations, HGB Stone recommends clearing lower cupboards and, if possible, removing appliances. The installation time will depend on the size of the project. Once the installation is completed, our installers will inspect it and address any concerns you may have. Following the inspection, HGB Stone will need your final approval, and the accounting department will send you the remaining payment.
Repairs
In case we missing anything, we are dedicated to making it right with our products. We offer a 1-year warranty. If any issues arise during this period, excluding manufacturing defects, we will promptly resolve them to ensure your satisfaction.
